Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from The Minimalist Gay. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth return process.

Return Instructions

- Contact our customer service team at https://www.theminimalistgay.com/pages/contact to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

- Once your return request has been approved, you will be provided a return address.

- Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.

- Drop off your return at any authorized shipping location. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Return Conditions

- All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached.

- Any items that have been damaged, soiled, altered, or are not in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements, or is not accompanied by a return authorization number.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
